Thursday 29                   Optional Pre-Program 

                                11:00   Waterloo Royal Golf Club 18 holes or

                                14:00   Waterloo Royal Golf Club 9 holes

                                            Use the unique chance to play a round of golf at the Waterloo Royal Golf Club 

                                            Depending on your HCP there is a choice of 2 18 holes courses or play
                                            the challenging par 33 9 holes course.
                                            Greenfee €145 for the 18 hole course and €50 for the 9 holes

                                17.30   Start of a multi-sensorial, immersive guided private Tour on the
                                            1815 Battle of Waterloo. Take the opportunity to discover one of the most
                                            famous battles in history.

                                            We are also allowed to take a short look at the 50 years From Abba to the
                                            World exhibition.

                                19.15   Toast and Dinner at the van der Valk hotel in Waterloo

                                            Location of the Waterloo Monument Museum is 5 minutes away from

                               11.00    Gun shot 18-Holes Rumble.

                                            Non-Golfers Program Clinic and Cultural trips

                               16.00    The Rudolf Trophy Competition

                                18.30   Opening Ceremony and Toast at Mont Garni Golf Club followed by a casual
                                            dinner at the club restaurant.

                                            Final round of the Rudolf Trophy Competition.

                                            Music (DJ Lauter-Wirtz)

                                            Dresscode Old Fashion style with sporty elegance.  

Saturday 31                    Mont Garni

                                 9.15    Briefing

                                 9.30    Gun shot 18-Holes

                                            Non-Golfers Program

                              14.30     Crèpes and Putting competition.

                              17.00     Departure to Grand Hornu by private car or taxi (5 Euro per person).

                              17.15     Historical evening starting with a tour of the Unesco World Heritage site

                              18.15     Dinner in Rizom Grand Hornu
                                            And the winners are: ESGC Prize Giving

                                            Dress code: We encourage Historical outfits, Dressing as a Historical person,

                                            clothing with historical accents or the eternal black and white tie.

                                            For Friday and Saturday night we recommend the Mah Hotel in Saint Ghislain.
                                            This relatively new Hotel offered us a better rate and is closer to the Golf Club
                                            and Grand Hornu. Therefor we will use it in 2024 as Headquarter.

                                            If you prefer the Hotel van der Valk in Mons feel free to stay there.
                                            We have 10 rooms blocked at Hotel van der Valk for those who prefer to reside

                                            We will have a historical, Waterlooish, musical weekend with Golf, fun and we
                                            will not disappoint you with our diverse Program.
