Dear European Jaycee Golf Senators, Jaycees and friends,
Hope you had wonderful Easter Holidays with friends and family.
This year started with the sudden passing away of our ESGC president Rudolf von Bachellé.We will miss his vision and leadership, but will make sure to honor him at our 33th Championship program.
Last year Rudolf expressed his wish to start this year’s ESGC Championship with a get together at the Waterloo Memorial site.
We think there is no better place to start our theme of “a Historical weekend” and hope you will join us on Thursday.
Mont Garni is waiting for you on Friday and Saturday, where besides the regular Championship you have on Friday the opportunity to win the one and only Rudolf Trophy.

10.30 Optional: A unique chance to play a round of golf at the Waterloo Royal Golf Club
Depending on HCP choice of 2 18 Holes courses or the par 33 9 Holes course (start ca 14.00hr)
Greenfee €145 for the 18 Hole course and €50 for the 9 Holes course.
17.30 start of a multi-sensorial, immersive guided private Tour on the 1815 Battle of Waterloo. Take the opportunity to discover one of the most famous battles in history
Addditonallay we are also allowed to take a short look at the 50 years From Abba to the World exhibition.
19.00 Toast and Dinner at the Le Bivouac restaurant, directly next to MuseumTour, Toast and Dinner for the friendly sponsored price of Euro 45.-Location of Museum is 5 minutes away from the Hotel van der Valk in Waterloo.

Hotels
For Friday and Saturday night we recommend the Mah Hotel in Saint Ghislain. This relatively new Hotel offered us a better rate and is closer to the Golf Club and Grand Hornu. If you prefer the Hotel van der Valk in Mons feel free to stay there.
We have 10 rooms blocked at Hotel van der Valk for those who prefer to reside in Hotel van der Valk.We will have a historical, Waterlooish, musical weekend with Golf, fun and we will not disappoint you with our diverse Program.
